Refund Policy
How refunds work when an order fails or is cancelled.

1. General rule
Because these are digital top-up products, successfully delivered orders are generally non-refundable.
If payment succeeded but the top-up could not be completed, we may issue a wallet refund or equivalent remedy after verification.
2. When a refund may apply
Orders failed or cancelled due to system/provider issues.
Duplicate charges, or payment collected without a created/processed order.
Partial refunds for the failed portion of a partially successful order, where applicable.
3. When refunds do not apply
Successful top-ups sent to an incorrect player ID / UID provided by the customer.
Codes/diamonds/items already delivered and redeemed or used.
Change of mind or wrong package selection after successful delivery.
4. Method & timing
Most refunds are credited to the site wallet so you can reorder quickly. Original gateway reversals, when possible, are processed separately and depend on the bank/mobile wallet timeline.
Contact support with your order number and any proof. After review we share a decision within a reasonable time.
5. Disputes
Final decisions are based on order status and system logs. Refunds may be held during fraud investigations.
